Chinese Diesel Engines, Are they legal?  
Tractor Connection engines either meet all EPA emissions standards or are part of the EPA allowance for TPEM. All our tractors are labeled prior to shipping with the EPA information.. Ask any dealer or importer the year of the engine in their tractor. If they say it is "Dated" 1999 or 1998 the EPA has decided that these engines are in violation of their rules and can be destroyed by the government.
Chinese Tractors 101 Jinma Bashing?
"I was looking at another Chinese tractor dealers web site and he said Jinma' were junk."
He sells his tractors his way and we offer Jinma Tractors and TC Bulldozers ours. I have never felt that half truths were the way to sell. If you have a good product you do not need to try to bring down the other brand. He use to carry Jinma and at that time he said they were the best. Jinma would not give him an exclusive to their tractors and now he thinks they are junk? Jinma are the most imported Chinese Tractor in the USA. I was the president of the Chinese Tractors Dealer Association and have a wide range of choices of what brands I can import. Jinma is the main line I carry. Others could give me more profit or exclusive rights but I think that the customer is getting great tractor and value with Jinma and we have less problems with the Jinma Tractors. Where is the equipment made:
Our tractors and Crawler Bull Dozers are made in the country that makes more tractors than any other country in the world. China! Yep, China. Both lines of tractors are made in new production plants.  Both are now using new state of the art design and manufacturing equipment as well as factory trained production personnel. The level of quality has increased greatly from just two years ago and continues to improve with each new shipment.
What about spare parts:
Jinma tractors are sold all over the USA, with five dealers in Oregon alone. We carry literally thousands of parts.

Jinma tractors are sold to over 40 countries and with estimated sales of 15000 units to the USA for 2005. Crate Tractors, What if there is a BIG problem:
This is one of the best reasons for using an established dealer like us. We have been working with our shippers, customs brokers and contacts at the factory for years and can get problems resolved that an individual or just an importer can't handle. One Example is US Customs and the EPA. Their changing interpretations of the rules could cost you $1000s of dollars in fines or storage fees over "Silly" items like the color blue on a tractor. We have yet to loose a customers money or tractor and have been in the forefront of working with these agencies to ensure that affordable tractors are available to the USA.

Do you "Stock" Tractors:
No. We do have a demo tractor so you can kick the tires and try it out. One of the ways we keep the prices low is not stocking tractors. It costs money to keep tractors all lined up at JD with all that staff waiting around for someone to come in. We do have my office on 99W where we track shipments and keep in contact with our associate in China and warehouse, assembly, testing and repair facilitie in Corvallis, Oregon.
Do you have salesman:
Yes and no. Everyone that has purchased from us are our salesmen. If we give good service and a great value our "sales staff" will do a great job. I do not like some Big Named sales operations. I was told once by a European tractor representative that all I had to do is follow their "Sales Techniques" and I would be sitting pretty. Well, his high pressure style is not for us. I never liked going into a dealer, talking to a sales representative, then having to talk to the "Sales Manager" and finally having the "Deal Closer" talk to me because I did not like their deal. Worst of all is their service after a sale is usually terrible.
Warranty:
Tractors have a one year defective parts replacement program.
Dozers have a 6 months defective parts replacement program.
Implements have a 6 months defective parts program.
Parts deemed as a consumable items or wear parts; For example but not limited to Filters, Tires, Tubes and belts. Radiator Hoses, Batteries, Bulbs, switches, electrical wiring, relays and Fuses. Rubber, fibre, gasket and rubberised components, vinyl, plastic or painted surfaces. Oils, coolant, greases and Lubricants, Hydraulic hoses, seals, washers, o-rings or hydraulic fittings, clutch and brakes.
All parts and labor are at our Oregon location. Shipping is the customers responsibility.
Paint defects, scratches and dings are not covered. Please contact us with any questions you may have about our fine tractors, crawlers and implements.
